Technical Support Specialist

John Sears, has been a member of the Technical Support Team for Continental’s Commercial Vehicles and Services business area since 2018. He has worked in the automotive industry for over 30 years and is ASE Master Technician certified. Other certifications include NMEA 2000 Advanced Marine Electronics Installer, TIA Automotive Tire Service Advanced Instructor, Pennsylvania State Inspection and Emissions Certified Instructor. Sears is trained on the following Continental products:  ProViu /ASL 360 cameras, Right turn assist, Ultra-Sonic sensors, SingleViu gauges and configuration software, Autodiagnos Pro automotive diagnostic system, Autodiagnos TPMS D and SE tools, REDI-Sensor TPMS sensor programming and installation, and all analog gauge installations and operations. Sears is a member of the Automotive Global & GM ASEP Advisory Committee at Northampton Community College in Bethlehem, PA.
