Intertial Sensor (4DoF)

  • Inertial 4Dof 1

Intertial Sensor (4DoF)

The Sensor cluster for transportation & machinery comprises not only the rate and Acceleration sensors
but also internal processing of all measured motions of the vehicle from 1 up to 4 degrees of freedom (DoF). The data is processed in a single control unit. Depending on the type of data involved, a range of different actions are then triggered.

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

  • Supply Voltage: 7.2 V to 17 V
  • Supply current: > 250 mA
  • Operating temperature: - 40 °C to 85 °C
  • Power on setup time: 1.5s
  • Signal refresh rate 10 ma´s
  • Protection Class: IP6K7 (open), IP6K9 (with mating connector)
  • Mounting method: Fixed with M6 screws or nuts with flanges acc. DIN EN 1664-M6-8
  • Connector Type: USCAR 6 Pin connector
  • Tightening Torque: 7 Nm to 9 Nm
  • Inertial 4Dof 1
  • Measurement direction in x-, y- and z-axis
  • Measurement of angular rate (z-axis)
  • Measurement of lateral, longitudinal and vertical acceleration
  • Measurement of angular rate in vertical-axis (opt. lat. & long.)
  • Distribution of measurement signals on CAN
  • Data link SAE-J-1939
  • Inertial 4Dof 1
