The maintenance-free and long-life Absorbent Glass Mat Battery (AGM) with absorbent glass fleece (or "mat") is the best solution for all start-stop vehicles, including luxury models – and offers a cycle stability up to three times higher than that of conventional batteries. Thanks to the high charge capacity, AGM batteries can absorb large overvoltages from braking operations, making energy recuperation possible.
