Seeing clearly for safer motoring

Our screen and headlight washer systems are designed to improve visibility. These systems offer a reliable solution so that failure of individual units or the entire system due to heat, frost, drying out or electric faults can be avoided.

  • Screen Washer Pumps – Mono Pumps

Mono pumps have one outlet and supply the front or rear screen with water. Two pumps are needed to supply both screens.

  • Screen Washer Pumps – Dual Pumps

Dual pumps can output fluid in two directions. By using just one pump, washer fluid is pumped through one (or both) of the outlets to the front or rear screen.

  • Headlight Washer Pumps (Mono Pumps)

Headlight washer pumps are used for headlight lens cleaning.

They supply the headlight lens washer nozzles with a corresponding amount of water and provide the high water pressure needed for this application.

  • Washer Nozzles

Washer nozzles deliver water for cleaning front and rear windshields, and headlights. Some nozzles have an anti-drain valve to prevent a return flow of fluid.

  • Fluid-level Switches

Fluid-level switches warn you about low fluid levels.

  • Connectors

Connectors (angle, T, I and Y) are used to join different segments of the washer hose system.

  • Filters

Filters protect the pump against contamination, thereby preventing damage. They are located between pump intake ports and the fluid tank.

  • Valves

Anti-drain-back valves prevent any return flow of washer fluid, improving the reaction time of the washer system and fitting into the nozzle assembly.

  • Nozzle Needle

The nozzle needle is used to adjust ball-type nozzles
